Inks
Quality solvent-based inks are used to retard moisture damage. The inks will last in the sun and rain for at least 36 months without lamination.
Materials
Premium pressure sensitive cast vinyl film offers truck graphics exceptional color and extended durability (lasting up to 60 months). The material is ideal for covering rivet fasteners eliminating tenting (material lifting). For economy, adhesive back calender vinyl is available and will last between 12 to 18 months.
In addition, UV lamination is added to cast and calender vinyl to help protect the image from the sun and minor scratches. This finish resists road grime build-up, and washes easily with just soap and water.
For periodically changing messages our aluminum frame and 13 oz. tension banner vinyl system is available. Vehicle graphics will last up to 60 months. The frame system offers a way to swap out vehicle wraps in less than 2 hours. The frame is permanently installed to the vehicle. Affordable vehicle signage is installed or removed in a matter of less than 90 minutes.
